CCA held a webinar with Dr. Guryan's findings on the Department of Education's Gainful Employment proposal. He discussed the full impact of the proposed regulation on students and programs, as well detailing the flaws in the Department's proposal.  Keep in mind that he approached this effort as an academic researcher, not a policy advocate.
