HB139:  Massage Therapy - Graduates of massage programs at accredited institutions are from licensure exam.  NOTE:  FAPSC official position on the bill is NEUTRAL.

 
HB 685/SB 1046:  First Generation Matching Grant Program - Adds SACS-accredited independent institutions to the list of institutions eligible to participate in this state matching grant program.

 
HB 1409/SB 1960:  Talent & Economic Advancement Matching (TEAM) Grant Program - Authorizes businesses to identify certain talent needs and partner with certain schools to provide certain educational programs. Authorizes the state to appropriate moneys to match certain unmatched expenditures, etc.
 

HB 1337/SB 2530:  Nursing glitch bill – Clarifies timelines and requirements; exempts accredited programs from majority of requirements.

 
HB 633/SB 966:  Human Trafficking - Focused on massage establishments; authorizes rules to disapprove massage schools.
