Federal Legislative Updates

Gainful Employment:  The US Department of Education has drafted regulations that establish debt to income ratios, and DENY access to federal financial aid to students at institutions that do not meet the requirements.  The regulations are being pushed as an attempt to define “gainful employment,” but have extremely negative consequences for our students, our programs, and our state’s economy and workforce.  You may access a recent webinar on the topic HERE.  We urge you to get informed and stay informed on this important issue.
